Introduction to Cinematography, Digital Photography, Visual Editing, 3D Modeling and Animation, VFx, Television and Multi Camera Production, Journalism, Visual Communication.
The Department of Multimedia in our college was established in 2012.At the time the course termed Bachelor of Multimedia and Communication (BMMC) which was converted in to BA Multimedia in 2017.Ever since The BA Multimedia has been in the mainstream of our college. This is an under graduate Multimedia Animation and journalism course. This is totally a professional course. All those Students who have come out successfully from the course are engaged on thorough professionals in various fields. Some are active in film industry others are in designing and a few in news channels.
The course includes Graphics Design, and creates to the growth of imagination and creativity. The course also thoroughly deals with 3D Modeling and Texturing, it also deals with animation and lighting. The student gets proficient in Video Editing techniques, Audio recording and Editing techniques, Digital Photography , Motion graphics and Vfx . Truly the course is in tune with the modern times and equips the students to take the professional challenges. We have at present four teachers in the department headed by Mr. Shaji madavadasan.
We have a Multimedia association, we conduct various curricular and co-curricular activities like seminars, media discussions and film fest .Our students take active role in all our activities. We constantly strive for excellence in the professional and social accept of the course .

The Department of English in our college was established in 2010, the year in which the college started functioning. Ever since it has been in the main stream of our college. We have got the UG as well as PG streams.
We have at present eight faculties in the Department headed by Bindu P R, we strive hard to make our students fluent in English communication. Further, they are instilled into the right literary taste. We have succeeded in our attempt to a great extent.
We have an English Association functioning in the college. We conduct various curricular and co-curricular activities for the language development as well as personality development of the children.
We conduct language quizzes, literary competitions, seminars and follows perfect evaluation system. Our students take active interest in all our activities and programmes. We constantly strive for excellence in our functioning.

Department of Physics , SNDP Yogam Arts and Science College , Pulpally was established in the year 2014. The Department was upgraded to a PG department in the year 2015. The department is functioning under the leadership of Ms..Akshitha Mani , the head of the department. The department is blessed with a team of 6 dedicated teachers, including two retired professors. We are happy to state that our Principal is also a Physics faculty. The department has a well equipped laboratory to cater the needs of B.Sc and MSc programs.
In the academic year 2019-2020 we had 40 UG students and 27 PG students. We have secured 100% result in PG and 90% in U G programmes. We conduct at least two internal examinations for both UG and PG students. Apart from these test papers, we conduct Model examinations before every university examination. Every Wednesday we conduct a meeting of all teachers in the department with HOD on the chair, to evaluate the academic progress of each and every student. HOD also checks the lesson plan of all faculty members frequently. Various curricular activities like one day seminar, Science fest etc are conducted by the department.

The Department of Computer Science, SNDP Yogam COLLEGE. PULPALLY has successfully carved a niche for itself in the sphere of technology education in the state within a very short span of its existence. The department offers a three-year Bachelor of Science degree program affiliated to the Calicut University, having an intake capacity of 36 students . The department of commerce has continually been striving for excellence in teaching and other programmes. The department has established itself as one of the reputed departments of SNDP YOGAM ARTS AND SCIENCE COLLEGE affiliated to University of Calicut. The department started functioning with 2 degree programms- B.com cooperation & B. com computer application in 2010. The department has elevated to post graduate department with the commencement of M Com in Finance in 2012 .The objective of our Department is to groom students to cope with the new challenging World of Commerce. We emphasis on the practical application of accounting practices , we equip the students with the skills of preparing financial statements for various types of organisations, financial reporting standards, business management concepts etc..At present the department academically nourishes with 173 UG students and 25 PG students. The department hosts many academic programmes, student enrichment programmes and skill development initiatives. The department is headed by Mrs.Neethu PV. The current faculty strength is 10 , including HOD. The faculty members actively participate in all the activities and academic bodies of the college. The academic activities consist of classroom teaching &tutorials ,assignments, seminars , interactive sessions and projects. For the last several years our PG programme successfully maintains 100%result.
ED club set up by the department in the year 2018 mainly with the objective of promoting entrepreneurial traits among students. Department has an excellent track record in extracurricular activities such as sports , NSS and various cultural activities.
